What You'd Be Doing

Managing claims alongside Adjusters and independently when needed
Handling inbound/outbound calls with customers, suppliers, and clients
Reviewing and issuing reports
Resolving queries and complaints
Appointing and managing suppliers
Supporting technical decisions within delegated authority
Managing emails, tasks, and caseloads efficiently

Skills & Experience They Want

2+ years in property claims management
Ability to review scopes of work and spot errors
Understanding of claim reserving
Strong written and verbal communication
Good numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
Excellent time management
Proactive, enthusiastic, polite phone manner
Team player
