We're looking for a Business Support Lead to join our Tamaki-makau-rau/Auckland or Te Whanganui-a-Tara/Wellington team!

About this team:

As a Business Support Lead within our practice, you will play a critical role in enabling the effective delivery and performance of our portfolios. Working closely with Portfolio Leads, you will provide both operational support and strategic insight to ensure the portfolios run efficiently, are well coordinated, and achieve their business objectives.

You will be joining a high-performing and collaborative team that supports senior leaders across a fast-paced and evolving environment. In this role, you'll go beyond traditional administrative support - bringing strong judgement, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to coordinate key business activities, deliver high-quality reporting, and provide data-driven insights that support decision-making and improve portfolio performance.
