Citycare Property is seeking a Senior Bid Coordinator to play a key role in securing new Social Infrastructure and Facilities Management opportunities across Aotearoa. Based in Christchurch, this role sits within our Strategic Growth team and is ideal for a skilled proposal professional who thrives on turning complex information into clear, compelling submissions.

You’ll work across the full bid lifecycle coordinating inputs, shaping strong written responses, and ensuring submissions are clientfocused, compliant, and delivered to a consistently high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing | Nga Kawenga Takohanga

  • Facilitating endtoend bid and tender submissions, including planning, coordination, document control, and lodgement
  • Coordinating clear, persuasive proposal content aligned to evaluation criteria and client drivers
  • Gathering inputs from internal stakeholders and external partners to meet tight deadlines
  • Maintaining bid plans, submission programmes, and version control to ensure quality and compliance
  • Undertaking targeted client, asset, and market research to inform bid strategy and response development
  • Supporting bid pipeline management, reporting, and continuous improvement activities
  • Contributing to highquality case studies, proof points, and templated bid content

What You’ll Bring to the Table | Nga Mea ka Mauria e Ko:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a bid, proposal, or tender coordination role
  • Proven ability to contribute highquality written proposal content
  • Strong project coordination, organisational, and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Office and bid or CRM systems
  • Experience in Social Infrastructure, Facilities Management, or servicesbased environments (desirable)
  • Legal right to work in Aotearoa, ability to pass a drug and alcohol test, and willingness to consent to a Criminal Record Check
