Sample Administrator - Seasonal

About the role:
We are looking for Sample Administrators to join our team for the upcoming peak dairy season that will run from July to January.
Based at Riverlea and reporting to the Sample Administration Team Leader, this role is responsible for receipting and registering laboratory test samples arriving at the Diagnostics Laboratory and contributing to running a profitable commercial laboratory services business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining a high level of health and safety practices
Helping to maintain ISO 17025 quality standards
Assisting the Sample Administration Team Leader to maintain adequate throughput levels
Resolving customer queries
Helping to organise and maintain efficient storage of samples before analysis
Working with accuracy to meet all legislative requirements pertaining to laboratory testing and the Quality systems.

In this role you will be part of a supportive team who enjoy the work they do. With a 'can-do' attitude, you'll effectively deliver quality Diagnostics services to our farming customers.
You'll confidently demonstrate:
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Strong computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
Knowledge and operational experience with ISO 17025 implementation would be advantageous.
Having knowledge of farming practices would be an advantage, but not essential.
