People Coordinator
We're looking for a People Coordinator to join our global People team on a Fixed-Term basis until March 2027. This is a great full-time opportunity for someone building their HR career who enjoys getting involved and takes pride in keeping things organised, accurate, and running smoothly.
Reporting to the People Operations Lead, you'll be the person who connects the dots-coordinating the employee lifecycle end-to-end, while bringing a natural strength in systems, data accuracy, and process flow.
This is a great opportunity to grow your HR experience in a global context and be part of a collaborative team with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
What you'll be doing
As our People Coordinator, you will:
- Keep the employee lifecycle running smoothly-from onboarding to offboarding
- Be the go-to for coordinating people processes and ensuring everything is completed on time
- Monitor workflows, follow up where needed, and keep things progressing
- Help maintain our People systems (including HRIS, LMS, and engagement platforms), ensuring data is accurate and up to date
- Spot opportunities to improve how we do things-and help make them happen
- Support reporting cycles and ensure data is clean, consistent, and reliable
- Contribute to events and initiatives that bring our culture to life, including Hive Gathering and global team moments
How we work
We genuinely embrace flexible working. You'll have the option to split your time between home and our Paengaroa office.
Our team typically comes together onsite a few times a week for collaboration, connection, and key events-so being able to commute locally is important.
What you'll bring
- A tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a coordination or HR support role and highly detail-oriented
- Confidence working with systems, data, and processes (HRIS experience is a bonus)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep things on track
- A curious, open mindset and willingness to learn
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Familiarity with NZ employment legislation is helpful; global exposure is a bonus

Ready to apply?
If you think you would be a great fit for our team, submit your application here with your CV and cover letter. Note: We kindly ask that you submit a cover letter written in your own words, as we are already quite familiar with the tone and structure of AI-generated letters. After all, we are looking to hire a person, not AI, and getting a sense of who you are really matters to us. Give us something only a real human (like you!) could write.
