Job Description

We're looking for a highly organised and collaborative Promotional Co-ordinator's to join our team.

The Promotional Co-ordinator is a dynamic, hands-on role that plays a key part in bringing our promotional activity, campaigns, and in-store experiences to life-supporting sales, strengthening customer connection, and enhancing the Ballantynes brand.

About the Role

Reporting to a nominated Buyer, this role sits at the centre of our promotional activity-connecting Buying, Events, Marketing, suppliers and store teams to ensure campaigns are well planned, seamlessly executed, and commercially effective.

You'll work across departments and branches to coordinate a diverse portfolio of promotions, events, and activations-from day-to-day campaigns through to major retail moments like SALE periods, Mother's Day, Christmas and Ballantynes Fashion Week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate promotional calendars across departments while supporting Buyers to deliver commercially effective promotional plans
  • Manage end-to-end execution of promotions, including briefing Marketing, coordinating campaign assets, ensuring pricing accuracy and POS & store readiness,
  • Work with suppliers and brand partners to secure promotional support, coordinate participation in campaigns and activations,
  • Support the planning and delivery of in-store events and brand activations, working closely with the Events & Special Projects Lead on the annual events calendar.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between Buying, Event & Special Projects, Marketing, Stores, and suppliers
  • Monitor promotional performance and provide post-campaign insights.

  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved
  • Experience in retail, marketing, events or buying environments (preferred)
