Ethics and Independence Analyst - 7 month FTC

In this role, you'll provide expert guidance and practical support on a wide range of E&I matters - from navigating complex independence requirements to identifying and managing conflicts of interest. Your work will directly support our people in making the right decisions, ensuring compliance with both local and global policies while strengthening trust with clients and stakeholders.

Day to day you will:
- Provide guidance and timely responses to personal independence queries.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at strengthening compliance with independence policies.
- Provide support for key E&I processes, including compliance audits, confirmations, independence clearances, external roles, risk training, guidance resources, and maintenance of the Publicly Held Audit Client (PHAC) List.
- Act as a specialist in E&I systems.
- Execute System of Quality Management (SoQM) controls related to Relevant Ethical Requirements, as well as Human Resource and technology controls associated with E&I.
