About the role
Health professional thinking about making a move to mental health, or experienced practitioner? This supportive & rewarding community role ticks all the boxes!

In this role you will provide professional clinical services demonstrating sound clinical reasoning, effective problem-solving skills and quality management to improve the health and wellbeing of people the community.

Collaborating with a wide range of service including our own community and hospital teams and external care and community support organisations, you will develop and coordinate client directed care management plans, ensuring access through a variety of service delivery options and technology. Options may include home visits, visiting clinicians, outreach services and tele-health appointments.

You will grow through actively participating in clinical supervision, workplace education and quality improvement initiatives to develop and maintain professional skills and deliver high quality mental health care.

Orientation to the service will be comprehensive and adapted to the individual needs of the successful applicant, complimented by supports from regional senior clinicians across all streams.
