ABOUT THE ROLE - MO TE TUNGA
Our End User Compute (EUC) team plays a critical role in managing and supporting the technology our employees use every day — from desktops and laptops to mobile devices, AV and printers.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine technical expertise, problem-solving and customer service to keep our people connected, productive and supported.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Provide end-to-end support across desktop, laptop, mobile, AV and printer technologies
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with a strong customer-first approach
- Support software deployment and updates across the organisation
- Partner with third-party providers to manage desktop infrastructure
- Deliver user training and create clear, helpful documentation
- Build expertise in Microsoft 365, device management and key business applications
ABOUT YOU - HE KORERO MOU
You’ll be successful in this role if you bring:
- Experience in a similar role or senior service desk role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
- Experience with Windows environments (MacOS a bonus)
- Familiarity with Intune, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 and remote support tools
- Exposure to ITIL and tools like ServiceNow
