About the Role
We're looking for a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform App Developer to join our growing Microsoft team at FUJIFILM Business Innovation.
You'll design and build modern business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 CE. Working with project managers, business analysts, developers, and architects, you'll deliver low-code solutions that automate processes and enhance user experiences.
This role provides an opportunity to deepen your Power Platform expertise and gain further exposure to Dynamics 365 CE.

About You
You're a hands-on problem solver who enjoys building apps, automating processes, and creating intuitive user experiences.
You're collaborative, curious, and motivated to help customers maximise the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE. You thrive in a supportive environment, enjoy diverse projects, and are eager to grow your development capability.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years' experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-200, PL-400)
- Experience building Canvas and model-driven apps, and Power Automate flows
- Familiarity with Power Pages configuration and administration
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with DevOps pipelines, GitHub, and ALM practices
- Solid understanding of Dataverse and solution layering
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, or custom connectors
- Agile delivery experience
- Hands-on D365 CE customisation/configuration
- Understanding of integrations, APIs, or data migration
