The role - what you'll do

Group Media Solutions (GMS) sits at the heart of product, technology and commercial with PMX. We design, scale and operate market leading media solutions across programmatic, video, data, measurement and automation connecting global capability with local delivery.

GMS exists to simplify complexity, unlock innovation and drive sustainable growth for our agencies and clients. We partner closely with agency leadership to translate product capability into practical, client led planning and commercial outcomes. The focus is on driving sustainable growth by building a strong, high quality pipeline that delivers both immediate impact and long term value for clients.

The role will offer strategic guidance, tactical plan recommendations, and outstanding customer service for Publicis accounts. This role is expected to work creatively and with a consultative approach to create and deliver customised sales solutions that address the client's business objectives and goals.

A senior team player who can adapt and prioritise as the business requires, influencing the growth strategy working with key senior stakeholders, sharing expertise to ensure every level of our organisation is aligned on priorities to deliver against our growth plans. Key to building collective knowledge of our key differentiators and enabling us to scale marketable solutions that deliver for our clients.

The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of driving digital media growth, comfort with client presentation/management, deep knowledge of the digital and programmatic landscape, and the aptitude to ensure client success within matrixed organizations.

About you - what we're looking for

To be successful in this role, you'll have extensive experience in media with strong emphasis on digital and a deep understanding of Video, BVOD, TV and programmatic ecosystems. A proven track record driving digital media growth and client outcomes in matrixed organisations and are very comfortable with client presentations, stakeholder management and commercial negotiations.
