The Role | Mo te turanga
We are looking for caring and reliableCommunity Support Workersto join our Health & Disability team in the Te Whatu Ora Auckland area. You'll support clients in their own homes with daily living tasks, personal care, and companionship helping them stay safe and independent.
What you'll do | Nga mahi
- Visit clients in their homes and carry out support tasks (personal care, housework, shopping, etc.)
- Build positive relationships with clients and their families
- Maintain safety and use equipment correctly (PPE, hoists, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with the team, reporting feedback, risks, or concerns
- Take part in ongoing training and development
What we're looking for | Pukenga me wheako
- Compassion, reliability, and honesty with pride in your work
- Good communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Ability to work independently
- Full NZ driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Legally entitled to work in New Zealand (NZ Citizen & Permanent Only)
- Availability for weekday and weekend shifts (see below)
Experience or qualifications in Health & Wellbeing are a bonus, but not essential - full training provided.
Work Hours Available | Nga haora mahi
Permanent Full-Time Roles:
- Saturday & Sunday shifts: 7am - 1pm and 4pm - 8pm
- Monday - Friday shifts: 4pm - 8pm

- Pay rate from$24.24-$29.83 per hour(depending on experience/qualifications)
