External Communications Advisor
About the Role:
We are seeking an External Communications Advisor to support the delivery of Seequent's global and regional external communications strategy. You will work closely with the Senior External Communications Advisor, to execute impactful PR initiatives, build strong external relationships, and enhance brand awareness while protecting Seequent's reputation.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Support the development and execution of global external communications strategies.
Contribute to high-impact PR campaigns across media, social and events.
Create compelling content including press releases, articles and key messaging.
Build strong relationships with media, industry contacts and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with global teams including Bentley Systems to maximise opportunities.
Work in a fast-paced, international environment across multiple time zones.
Develop insight through media monitoring, analytics and performance reporting.
Key aspects of the role will involve, but not be limited to:
Supporting media relations, outreach and responses to enquiries.
Managing PR agency and third-party relationships and deliverables.
Maintaining media databases, templates and internal resources.
Tracking and reporting media coverage and campaign performance.
Supporting stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
Contributing to crisis communications and reputation management.
Supporting internal collaboration and external communications opportunities.
Location and additional information:
This role is based in Christchurch and is office-based. Some international travel may be required, along with flexibility to work outside standard hours to collaborate with global teams.
