What You'll Do
Drive New Business Growth
- Generate and convert new business opportunities across multiple industry sectors
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-suite, GM, and Chapter heads
- Develop strategic account plans to identify expansion opportunities within existing clients
- Translate complex client challenges into inspiring propositions and proposals working with the delivery teams to shape the programs
Lead Sales Process End-to-End
- Conduct outreach through direct emails, calls, and social media
- Facilitate discovery meetings to understand client challenges and opportunities
- Create and present compelling proposals with our leadership team
- Develop statements of work and close deals

What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- 5-8+ years in dedicated business development roles
- Proven track record generating large-scale new business opportunities
- Experience helping clients identify growth and innovation opportunities
- Background initiating innovation programs with senior leadership
- Strong reputation within New Zealand's private and public sectors
- Deep knowledge of how design and technology drives business outcomes
