As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth overnight operation of the hotel while delivering exceptional guest service. The role generally includes 2 to 3 overnight shifts per week, operating from 11:30pm to 8:00am across a 7-day roster, primarily on Saturdays and Sundays.
Your responsibilities will include assisting overnight guests, completing the Night Audit process accurately and ensuring the hotel remains safe, welcoming and professionally presented at all times.
Additional shifts may also be available as a Guest Service Agent. Flexibility and a guest-first mindset are essential, as you may support across multiple departments including Reception and Food & Beverage, helping deliver a seamless and personalised guest experience throughout the hotel.
This role is part-time. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. Having your own transport is preferable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences aligned with Mercure brand standards
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs professionally and efficiently
- Perform Night Audit procedures accurately with strong attention to detail
- Assist guests with enquiries and resolve issues positively and proactively
- Support the cleanliness and presentation of reception and public areas
- Ensure overnight safety and security of the hotel, guests and team members
- Work collaboratively across departments to support hotel operations
