\n <\/div>\n \n Country CEO<\/span><\/span>: Establish a brass plate office and local beach head to enable fast <\/span><\/span>track replication<\/span> of Australian success into the New Zealand market. The role <\/span><\/span>will soon<\/span> extend to hiring team members and liaising closely with Australian peers to contextualise the Australian business model to fit into New Zealand<\/span><\/span><\/span>

\n <\/div>\n \n Key Deliverables<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/b>
\n <\/div>\n \n - Establish a beachhead<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Engage with key industry stakeholders to build credibility and momentum<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Baseline NZ context and identify changes to the Australian platform required for success<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n Skills and experience required <\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n - Thorough knowledge of New Zealand Retail Financial Services (Lending and payments) and the residential property ownership lifecycle<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n - A recognised senior executive with established credibility with major Bank and property C\-Suites\/CEOs and known to the major regulatory entities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n - Self\-starter, problem solver -someone who can easily build and lead a team but also willing to get their hands dirty in the early phases.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n - Can quickly build trust\-based relationships with critical local stakeholders<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n - Can operate independently of the Australian mothership with modest support and supervision<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n - Medium level consulting skills (industry baseline, process mapping, PPT and EXCEL)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
