About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join New Zealand's leading banking and finance team. We are looking for a banking and finance solicitor with 4+ years' experience gained in New Zealand or overseas.

We act for both borrowers (including PE sponsors, PE portfolio companies and large cap corporates) and lenders (including banks, credit funds and other non-bank lenders) on a broad range of complex and innovative financing transactions across different industry sectors.

You will have the opportunity to play a lead role in our team, with a focus on acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, complex syndicated and club lending, structured finance, and debt capital markets.
