We are looking for a passionate Process Engineer with strong experience in manufacturing environments. If you enjoy improving processes, solving complex technical challenges, and driving operational excellence, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a cuttingedge industry.

As a Process Engineer, you will support and optimise existing manufacturing processes while developing new ones. Your work will directly influence quality, productivity, and the successful introduction of new products.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:


Process Development & Optimisation

  • Providing comprehensive process engineering support to the manufacturing team to ensure production processes remain in control and are maintained to defined standards.
  • Drive process engineering innovation to support future process development, ensuring process performance is optimised and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives by applying methodologies such as Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • Develop and maintain process validation documentation for new processes, including Process FMEAs (PFMEAs) and Measurement Systems Analyses (MSAs).
  • Select, commission, and optimise new manufacturing equipment to enable both process enhancement and capacity expansion.
  • Identify, develop, and deliver yield and productivity improvements across multiple product families.



Technical Leadership

  • Monitor and analyse process performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and technical guidance to graduate engineers and process engineering staff to support their professional development.



What You'll Bring

We welcome applicants who meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in a hightech electronics manufacturing environment.
  • A degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Proven experience in process design and development, including qualification and validation of both equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver outcomes within agreed timelines.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience of frequency control and timing technology would be a plus.
