Quality Assurance & Environmental Manager (Nationwide)
Are you an experienced quality and environmental leader ready to make a national impact? Citycare Property is seeking a Quality Assurance & Environmental Manager to lead and strengthen our quality assurance and environmental systems across Aotearoa.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, compliance and continuous improvement across a diverse and valuesdriven organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing | Nga Kawenga Takohanga
- Lead and oversee quality assurance and environmental management systems across the business
- Maintain and improve ISO certifications including 9001, 14001, 45001 and 55001
- Develop and implement an improved Document Management System
- Drive continuous improvement and embed quality frameworks into operations
- Provide expert advice on legislative compliance and best practice
- Support environmental planning, reporting, audits and improvement initiatives
What You’ll Bring to the Table | Nga Mea ka Mauria e Ko:
- 5+ years’ experience in quality assurance and/or environmental management
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes
- Proven ability to influence, coach and work with senior leaders
- Experience in risk, compliance and continuous improvement frameworks
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in quality, environmental, risk or related discipline
- Construction, maintenance or infrastructure experience highly regarded
- Legal right to work in Aotearoa New Zealand and ability to meet preemployment checks
