Graduate Marketing Reasearch Associate (Contract)

We're looking for a sharp, recent graduate to support our sales team. This is a role for someone genuinely fluent with AI tools who uses them to work faster and smarter - not as a novelty. You'll help drive pipeline by researching prospects, preparing the team for meetings, handling outreach and follow-ups, and keeping the sales process moving.

What you'll do

• Research companies, prospects, and markets, and turn findings into clear, useful briefs for the CEO and sales team
• Draft and send outreach (including company overviews, targeted flyers and marketing material), and manage follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks
• Work with the CEO and CMO on research projects
• Keep the pipeline and CRM up to date
• Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) to speed up research, prep, and day-to-day work

Requirements

What we're looking for

• A completed degree, ideally BCom and/or Marketing
• Strong grades in English and Maths
• Hands-on use of AI tools for work and personal productivity - and the skill to write effective prompts
• Strong logical reasoning and the ability to break a problem down and reach sound conclusions
• A genuine interest in technology; a digital native who picks up new tools fast
• Clear thinking and good judgement - not someone who just follows instructions
