The Opportunity

We are looking for an energetic, highly organised, and customer-obsessed Customer Success & Growth Coordinator to support our continued growth in New Zealand.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career or returning to the workforce, who has exceptional attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.

You will work closely with our Customer Success teams and Gm of Innovation to support and grow relationships and opportunities with:

  • Mortgage Advisers
  • Property valuers
  • Second-tier and non-bank lenders
  • Real estate and property professionals

You will help ensure our customers continue to receive world class account management and support, while identifying opportunities to expand platform usage, data subscriptions, and deliver new products.

This role sits at the intersection of customer success, sales support, operations, and innovation.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you will:

  • Delight customers with fast, proactive, and thoughtful support
  • Help onboard new brokers, valuers, lenders and other clients
  • Increase adoption of Valocity's platform and data products
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue from both existing and new customers
  • Support campaigns, webinars, and customer events
  • Coordinate product feedback and enhancement requests
  • Build strong relationships and become a trusted point of contact that helps retain existing customers

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success & Support

  • Respond to customer enquiries quickly and professionally
  • Assist customers with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting
  • Monitor usage and proactively reach out to customers who may need support
  • Ensure every customer interaction is positive and solutions focused

Growth & Revenue Support

  • Identify opportunities to upsell data products and additional platform modules
  • Support outreach to brokers, valuers, and second-tier lenders
  • Assist with proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates

Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with customers and industry partners
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and demonstrations
  • Help organise customer events and educational sessions

Product & Innovation

  • Gather and relay customer insights and feedback to the Product Manager to inform solution development and prioritisation Support go-to-market activities for new solutions
  • Support and facilitate collaboration to deliver best in class customer innovation and experiences

Operational Excellence

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for our customers
  • Track adoption, satisfaction, and revenue opportunities
  • Ensure tasks are followed through with precision and urgency
  • Act as a central coordination point, connecting customers with the right internal expertise to deliver on their specific needs

Preferred Experience

You may have experience in:

  • Customer success
  • Sales support
  • Account coordination
  • Banking, finance, or mortgage industries
  • Property or real estate
  • Technology, data, or SaaS businesses

A university degree is helpful but not essential. We care far more about attitude, intelligence, work ethic, and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.

Skills That Will Help You Thrive

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Excellent time management and organisation
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot
