Electronics Product Design Engineer

We're looking for a handson engineer who thrives on endtoend product development - from concept and design through to prototyping, testing, and continuous improvement.
As a Product Design Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and developing world leading products. Working closely with all aspects of the Engineering Teams, Project Management, Production, and key technology partners, you'll contribute to the full product lifecycle and help shape future technology directions.
What You'll Be Doing:
Product Design & Development
- Design of new products from concept through to verification and qualification.
- Develop and implement test methodologies and specifications.
- Keep ahead of market needs and stateoftheart technology to inform product and process innovation.
Teamwork & Problem Solving
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and crossfunctional teams.
- Solve customer and design challenges.
- Participate in project work across the organisation.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and drive improvement opportunities.
- Champion innovation and adoption of new technologies and engineering concepts.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering (required).
- Postgraduate study (Master's/PhD/Postgrad Diploma) in Engineering or Science (an advantage).
- At least 3+ years' experience in a design role within a highvolume manufacturing environment.
- Strong engineering knowledge with experience in product realisation.
- Proficiency in circuit modelling and simulation tools.
- Experience in analogue and digital circuit design.
- Excellent communication skills and a methodical, solutionfocused approach.
- RF design experience is desirable.
- Thermal or structural simulation knowledge would be an advantage.
- APQP engineering techniques.
