We're on the hunt for a highly organised, hands-on Logistics Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring our vehicles move seamlessly from arrival to delivery.

About the Role

This is a pivotal role supporting our Sales team by managing the flow, preparation, and delivery of vehicles. You'll be the glue between departments, suppliers, and customers-ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

From coordinating vehicle movements to delivering handovers, no two days will look the same.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate vehicle movements across sites and departments

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle location and condition

  • Liaise with shipping companies to track incoming stock

  • Organise transport and contract drivers as needed

  • Oversee truck detailing and ensure preparation timelines are met

  • Manage pool vehicles and support wider team priorities

Incoming Stock & Vehicle Preparation

  • Inspect incoming vehicles for damage and complete reports

  • Allocate stock numbers and manage processing timelines

  • Arrange quotes and purchase orders for vehicle work and accessories

  • Oversee builds from chassis through to final delivery

  • Ensure all compliance, certifications, and documentation are completed

  • Conduct final quality checks and inspections

  • Deliver vehicle handovers across both North and South Island

What We're Looking For

  • Full, clean NZ Driver Licence with a minimum of Class 2

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and coordination ability

  • Confident using systems and computer-based tools

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
