Citycare Property, a proudly New Zealand-owned company, is looking for a skilled and motivated Site Manager to join our Wellington team. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of a variety of construction and refurbishment projects that support the wellbeing of communities.

You’ll thrive if you’re someone who enjoys delivering high-quality outcomes, building strong client relationships, You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

What You’ll Bring to the Table | Nga Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Runanga

  • Proven experience managing projects from $10k to $1M+
  • Strong commercial contracting background
  • Ability to manage clients and meet contractual obligations
  • Proficiency with digital tools and systems
  • Trade qualification in carpentry or a related field
  • Full Class 1 driver’s licence

What You’ll Be Doing | Nga Kawenga Takohanga

  • Delivering construction, refurbishments, upgrades, and new builds
  • Managing budgets, procurement, programming, and contracts
  • Building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
  • Ensuring compliance with H&S, quality, and environmental standards
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement
