About the Role

  • In this multi-skilled position, you will:
  • Deliver exceptional guest service at reception, over the phone, and throughout the hotel
  • Efficiently and professionally check guests in and out
  • Manage front office cashiering, payments, and basic reporting
  • Support Food & Beverage operations during peak periods
  • Assist with conference room set-ups and catering delivery
  • Respond confidently to guest enquiries, requests, and feedback
  • Promote hotel services, including upgrades, breakfast, parking, and dining options
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping, reservations, and operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality.


About You
You will bring:

  • Previous experience in a hotel environment (Front Office experience preferred)
  • A strong customer-service mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • High standards of personal presentation and professionalism
  • A team-oriented and flexible approach to work
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • First Aid certification (desirable, but not essential)
