Member Solutions Consultant
Job Description
Our client First Credit Union is looking for a motivated and personable Member Solutions Consultant to join their team.
As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional service to members, assist with everyday banking needs, and identify opportunities to support members with loans, investments, insurance, and other financial products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting members with account enquiries and account maintenance
- Opening and closing accounts
- Supporting internet banking and mobile app services
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with loan applications and documentation
- Promoting appropriate First Credit Union products and services
- Responding to enquiries in person, by phone, and online
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Previous customer service experience or relevant life experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- A proactive and positive attitude
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Experience in banking, financial services, lending, insurance, or customer service is preferred but not essential.
