Working closely with two other Allocation Analysts and reporting to the Allocation & Store Assortment Manager, you'll support our Australia & New Zealand store network in a role that is both collaborative and commercially impactful. You'll be at the centre of decision-making, balancing data, stakeholder insight, and business priorities to drive outcomes that directly impact store performance. How You'll Make an Impact... Own Stock Flow - Manage and optimise allocation across AU & NZ stores Right Product, Right Place - Use data to drive smart allocation decisions Turn Data into Action - Analyse performance and deliver clear recommendations Power Decisions with Data - Leverage ERP systems and Excel for insights Partner for Impact - Collaborate with stores, AMs and cross-functional teams Drive Results & Improvement - Prioritise, solve issues and deliver outcomes What You Bring...You're more than just analytical - you're curious, proactive, and commercially minded.
