Bar Person - Nights Mixologist

We're looking for a charismatic and energetic Night Mixologist to bring personality, creativity, and genuine hospitality to Clarkes Bar. This is more than serving drinks-it's about creating an inviting atmosphere where guests can relax, connect, and enjoy memorable evenings.

What you'll be doing:

• Crafting and serving a range of beverages with skill, flair, and attention to detail.
• Engaging with guests and delivering warm, personalised service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that encourages guests to unwind and enjoy their evening.
• Working closely with the team to ensure the bar is well-stocked, organised, and ready for service.
• Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of Clarkes Bar, ensuring every guest enjoys a premium experience.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the hotel to deliver seamless guest experiences.

What we're looking for:

Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and brings positive energy to every shift. Previous bar experience is preferred, but a passion for hospitality, a willingness to learn, and a great attitude are what matter most.
