Vehicle (WoF) Inspector and Automotive Mechanic - Petrol & Diesel

Lucky Autos requires Qualified Vehicle Inspector/ Warrant of Fitness (WoF) Inspector, and Qualified/ Experienced Motor Mechanic (Petrol & Diesel) NZQA/NZQA Level 3 or Level 4 or equivalent, or 3 plus years experience

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out Vehicle Inspections for Warrant of Fitness (WoF) and Certification in Accordance with NZTA's specifications, which are available in In-service Vehicle Inspections Reference Manual (VIRM) for Small Passenger vehicles and trailers (For Vehicle Inspectors)

Diagnose mechanical, electrical faults
Carry out engine repairs and engine replacements
Perform vehicle servicing and maintenance
Carryout Suspension repairs/ maintenace
Tyre changing and wheel alignments
Complete mechanical servicing of petrol and diesel vehicles
Ensure all work is completed safely and to workshop standards
Maintain company records secrecy
Maintain housekeeping, and Health & Safety Protocols
Maintain good customer service relationships
