Hogan Gully Farm is an exciting new golf course resort being by developed by Trojan Holdings Ltd near Queenstown, New Zealand. Situated on a 158-hectare site surrounded by a stunning mountain landscape, Hogan Gully Farm encompasses an 18-hole championship golf course that integrates visitor and residential accommodation, along with complementary facilities.

The resort's amenities will include a driving range, clubhouse with retail services, changing facilities, a cafe/bar, and restaurant. Furthermore, the project incorporates a substantial ecological restoration and enhancement initiative, spanning 39 hectares.

We have opportunities for Greenkeepers to join our team. Initially you will be involved in course construction and will transition to maintenance when the course opens in late 2027. Accordingly, golf course construction experience would be advantageous.

During the construction phase key responsibilities include:

• Site Preparation
• Install Irrigation Systems
• Shape Greens, Tees & Fairways
• Lay Turf & Seed Areas
• Build Bunkers & Drainage

Once the course is operational responsibilities will migrate to:

• Maintain turf, greens, and playing surfaces to high standards.
• Operate and service mowing and turf-care machinery.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and manage weed control safely.
• Inspect and maintain irrigation systems for optimal performance.
• Plan and execute seasonal maintenance.

You will have qualifications in greenkeeping or turf management or similar discipline, as well as at least 1 years' experience within a golf course environment.

This is a Full-Time role with a guaranteed 40 hours per week, pay is in the range $34 to $39 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
