Join our dynamic finance team as an Accounts Payable Officer in this engaging permanent, part-time position. We're seeking a motivated and reliable professional who combines technical expertise with a collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for their work.

In this role, you'll take ownership of critical accounts payable functions while contributing to continuous process improvements. You'll process supplier invoices and manage creditor payments with precision, maintain data integrity within our finance systems, and perform transaction reconciliations and expense coding. You'll provide ad-hoc support to the finance team and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates initiative, and brings both independence and strong team collaboration skills to every task.

  • Proven accounts payable experience in a similar role
  • Strong background in accounting or finance environments
  • Demonstrated capability in high-volume transaction processing
  • Proficiency in expense analysis and financial reconciliation
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and overall MS Office competency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Tech 1/Finance One (preferred)
