Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Dentist to join our team at Advanced Dental Care Manurewa. This role is well suited to an experienced clinician who brings strong clinical judgement and enjoys contributing to the team through guidance, mentorship, and example.

You will be joining a stable, wellrun practice with steady patient demand and a longtenured team who know the community, the systems, and how to support one another. The focus of the role remains handson dentistry, alongside opportunities to mentor and influence naturally as part of daytoday practice.

What's on offer

  • 4 to 5 days per week, with flexibility to suit your lifestyle
  • Competitive package and perks, including attractive remuneration and access to ongoing professional development through Lumino's national network
  • A stable, longstanding patient base with consistent demand
  • A supportive, experienced team with strong local knowledge
  • Modern equipment, digital systems, and full clinical autonomy
  • Opportunities to mentor and support junior clinicians
  • Access to New Zealand's largest dental network, including CPD support, leadership development, and clinical conferences

What you'll enjoy about this role

  • Leadership through experience: your input and perspective are valued
  • Stability: an established practice with deep community trust
  • Supportive environment: efficient systems and experienced dental assistants
  • Flexibility: a role that supports longevity and balance
  • Clinical focus: time and space to practise dentistry to a high standard

Qualifications

  • An experienced dentist with strong capability across general dentistry
  • Previous leadership experience or readiness to step into a senior mentoring role
  • Confident discussing treatment plans and guiding patients
  • Clear, collaborative communicator who builds trust easily
  • Registered with the New Zealand Dental Council and holding a current APC
