Key Qualifications and Mandatory Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret structural engineering blueprints, shop drawings, and casting schedules.
- Fabricate, assemble, and modify timber, plywood, and fiberglass formwork shutters or molds.
- Set up and securely lock down heavy steel casting beds, magnetic bulkheads, and side forms.
- Measure and cut materials to exact tolerances, ensuring all molds are completely square, level, and water-tight prior to pouring.
- Install structural block-outs, cast-in lifting anchors, ferrule inserts, threaded sockets, and electrical conduits into the formwork based on design plans.
- Securely position rebar cages, mesh, and post-tensioning ducts within the forms, utilizing plastic spacers or chairs to maintain specified concrete cover.
- Apply form-release agents uniformly to ensure a clean finish and smooth demolding process.
- Monitor concrete placement into the forms to ensure no shifting or displacement of the architectural profile or internal steel.
- Assist with concrete consolidation using mechanical screeds and high-frequency internal or external vibrators to eliminate air pockets.
- Safely strip, clean, and scrape down molds, steel beds, and bulkheads post-cure; apply repairs or modifications for the next casting cycle.
