Product Manager - Diagnostics Digital

Your Role:
This role sits within the Diagnostics team and reports to the Head of Diagnostics.
As Product Manager - Testing Digital, you'll lead the discovery, development and evolution of digital products that support LIC's Testing services. You'll focus on understanding the real challenges faced by farmers, veterinarians, operational teams and stakeholders, and delivering digital solutions that improve their experience and outcomes.
Working closely with technology teams, you'll apply strong product management discipline to identify highvalue opportunities, shape scalable solutions and deliver meaningful outcomes. You'll connect customer insight, operational needs and digital delivery, ensuring effort is focused on what drives the greatest impact for customers and commercial performance.
You'll also collaborate with Product Managers across Diagnostics to ensure digital capabilities seamlessly support the endtoend Testing portfolio. While contributing to prioritisation, your core focus will be solving the right problems in the right way, with an outcomesfirst mindset.
Your Key Focus:
Lead product discovery across Testing Digital, building deep insight into customer, user and business needs across onfarm, laboratory and internal workflows.
Partner with technology teams to design and deliver digital solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency and datadriven decision-making.
Collaborate with Product Managers across Diagnostics to align digital priorities with broader Testing services.
Translate strategy into clear product direction, focusing on the highestvalue opportunities.
Use data and evidence to inform decisions, test assumptions and manage tradeoffs.
Support delivery by refining priorities and enabling effective execution with development teams.
Define and track success metrics, including adoption, efficiency, quality and customer value.
Maintain alignment across stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility of priorities, progress and risks.
Drive successful adoption by embedding practical, usercentred solutions into the business.
Champion bestpractice product management, lifting capability in discovery, prioritisation and outcomefocused delivery.
About You:
Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or similar in a complex, cross-functional environment.
Strong product thinking with the ability to identify meaningful problems and shape practical, high-value solutions.
Experience working closely with development teams to deliver digital products or capabilities.
Commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to connect business objectives to product outcomes.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
A data-driven mindset, using insight and evidence to guide decisions and prioritisation.
Experience in agile or iterative environments; familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.
Understanding of service-based or operational environments, particularly digitally enabled services.
Exposure to agriculture, diagnostics, laboratory or field-based sectors is beneficial but not essential.
A relevant tertiary qualification (Agriculture, Business, Technology or similar) is preferred.
