Front of House Team Member

DB Brewery in Otahuhu is looking for a Front of House superstar to help relaunch our onsite bar.

We're on the hunt for someone who has a knack for making friends, brings great energy to every shift, and can confidently run the show in a sole-charge position. As the key contact for our guests, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming, memorable experience through top-notch service.

You'll be working Wednesday to Friday, 2pm-6pm, serving drinks, engaging with customers, and keeping the bar running smoothly. From taking orders and serving beverages to maintaining a clean and organised space, you'll be across all aspects of service.

As this is a sole-charge position, a valid Manager's Certificate is required. To be eligible under New Zealand law, applicants must hold an LCQ certificate and be at least 20 years old. You will need to have a current Duty Manager's Licence or be willing to obtain one with our support. You'll be trusted to manage the bar independently, ensure compliance, and deliver a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests - something that's a key responsibility in these roles. There may also be the opportunity for additional hours.
