Bendon is looking for a Loyalty and CRM Analyst to help bring our new loyalty programme to life across customer communications, EDMs, Klaviyo, retail, eCommerce and member journeys. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong CRM, email or retention experience who is ready to take on a new opportunity.

You will help shape how customers are welcomed, rewarded, recognised and encouraged to return. You will work on loyalty communications, support key customer journeys, optimise EDMs, help develop value-adding loyalty partnerships, and use data to improve how we connect with our customers. You will also have the chance to explore new loyalty partnerships, finding thoughtful ways to give our members more value, more recognition and more reasons to feel brilliantly supported by Bendon.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 3+ years' experience in CRM, email marketing, loyalty,retentionor lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms. Klaviyowould be a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of EDMs, automation,segmentationand customer journeys.
  • A practical, data-led mindset, with confidence reading performance reports and turning insights into actions.
  • Strong written communication skills and a good eye for brand tone.
  • Highlyorganised, with the ability to manage calendars, campaigns, testingplansand deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with different teams, including marketing, eCommerce, retail, creative, IT, finance and external partners.
  • A customer-first mindset and a genuine interest in building better customer relationships.
  • Experience with loyaltyprogrammesor rewards platforms.
