This role would suit a seasoned civil construction worker, civil supervisor, site engineer, or a recent graduate looking to step up into project coordination, leadership, and site management.

You need:<\/b>
<\/p>\n \n - Proven experience in civil site works, utilities, or a relevant civil qualification
<\/span><\/li>\n - OR graduate with relevant degree (Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or similar)
<\/span><\/li>\n - Good understanding of site practices
<\/span><\/li>\n - Ability to read and interpret service plans and technical drawings
<\/span><\/li>\n - Strong communication and organisational skills
<\/span><\/li>\n - High standards around quality assurance and record keeping
<\/span><\/li>\n - Good health & safety awareness and strong work ethic
<\/span><\/li>\n - Confidence using technology for reporting, plans, and coordination
<\/span><\/li>\n - WTR and\/or Class 2 licence beneficial (not essential)

<\/span><\/li>\n - Assisting with crew allocation, resource scheduling, and site documentation
<\/span><\/li>\n - Tracking site progress, ensuring health & safety compliance and quality standards are met
<\/span><\/li>\n - Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and delivery partners to keep work running smoothly
<\/span><\/li>\n - Reviewing and interpreting construction plans, service drawings, and specifications
<\/span><\/li>\n - Maintaining clear communication with Project Managers, clients, and on\-site teams
<\/span><\/li>\n - Assisting with problem\-solving on site and keeping accurate project records and reports
<\/span><\/li>\n - Supporting quality assurance procedures, including documentation and compliance checks
