We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a permanent, part-time ESOL Administrator and Specialist Learning Assistant on our Junior Campus starting 20 July 2026.

Located on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast of Auckland, KingsWay is a high achieving, growing, state integrated Christian school catering for Year 1-13 students, with a current roll of over 2000 students. About the job

Working approximately 25 hours a week, Tuesdays to Fridays 8.30am-3.15pm, term time only, the ESOL Administrator works with the Primary SMT and ESOL Teacher-in-charge to support the practical outworking of ESOL at the Junior Campus. In addition to your substantive role as a Specialist ESOL Learning Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the delivery of the ESOL programme on the Junior Campus
  • Organising Junior Campus ESOL Learning Assistant timetables, and providing support where required
  • Ensuring the Junior Campus ESOL administration is completed in a timely manner

The successful applicant will:

  • Have excellent communication and people skills and relate well to both our students and our staff.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative, flexible, helpful, and supportive mindset and attitude.
  • Exceptional administration skills while always showing high and accurate attention to detail in every area of work.
  • Be well-organised, show initiative, and be a self-starter.
  • Have a qualification in teaching ESOL (advantageous)
  • Be will willing to support our special character
