Retail Client Lead

We are looking for an engaging and articulate Ecommerce Client Lead to support our client account, Foodstuffs. This role offers the opportunity to become a trusted partner to key clients, building strong relationships to define and deliver on their strategic priorities. It's a chance to bring world-leading customer data to life and make a meaningful impact in driving change and growth for both our retail and CPG clients, while also contributing to the growth of the dunnhumby business.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment alongside data scientists and solutions managers, all committed to continuous learning and growth.

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in an insight-driven role
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive growth
• Experience within the New Zealand grocery industry
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from entry-level to C-suite
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, establishing trust and partnership
• Ability to understand technical approaches and simplify them for client communication
