What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching and developing your team to bring their best every day
- Owning the day-to-day operations of your store
- Becoming a certified Bra Fit expert through our industry-leading 12-week training programme
- Creating an inclusive, uplifting environment where every woman feels confident and supported
- Driving results, smashing KPIs and ensuring your store always looks its best
- Partnering with a supportive Regional Manager to help your store and team thrive
