About the Role


We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the successful delivery of projects while ensuring consistent, high-quality project management standards across the organisation. This role combines strategic oversight, hands-on project delivery, and people leadership to achieve business objectivesand client outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


Functional Leadership

  • Maintain and enhance global project management standards, processes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement across delivery functions
  • Ensure effective resource planning and team collaboration acrossbusiness functions andregions
  • Capture lessons learned andembedimprovements into processes and tools

People Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams aligned with company strategy and values
  • Set clear goals, manage performance, and support career development
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and balanced team environment

Project Delivery & Management

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Develop delivery plans, statements of work, and manage scope, risks, and resources
  • Monitor project performance, proactively address variances, andmaintainstrong financial oversight
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project outcomes

Governance & Reporting

  • Ensureaccurateproject tracking, documentation, and reporting
  • Providetimely, high-quality reports on progress, risks, and financial performance
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting KPIs

Soft Skills
