Our client is an established civil contractor with a strong presence across the North Island, specialising in large-scale drainage, concrete construction, and energy/utility infrastructure. They have a solid pipeline of work and are looking for a capable Foreman to take ownership on site.
This is not a roading role, the work is more technical, detail-focused, and suited to someone who understands how to deliver quality infrastructure properly.

The role:
Leading crews across drainage, concrete and utility projects
Coordinating subcontractors, plant, and materials
Reading plans and driving works to programme
Maintaining high standards across H&S and quality
Taking ownership of site delivery day-to-day
Projects include:
Water infrastructure (Three Waters)
Electrical substations and energy infrastructure
Solar farm developments
Complex earthworks, drainage, and concrete structures (in-situ and precast)
About You
You will bring:
Proven Foreman experience in civil construction
Strong background in drainage and/or concrete works
Experience in utilities or energy projects a plus
A hands-on leader who sets the standard on site
Organised, practical, and confident making decisions
