At Brotherhood of St. Laurence (BSL), we are seeking a passionate Administration Coordinator to join our dedicated team.
Location: Fitroy
Job Type: 12 month Maximum-Term Part-Time working 22.8 hours per week
Salary: $78,862.07 to $84,561.95 pro rata per annum, based on skills and experience plus 12% superannuation.

About the Role
What You'll Do
- Administrative support - Manage diaries, correspondence, and meeting preparation to support effective planning and delivery
- Committee & secretariat support - Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions
- Systems & coordination - Maintain and improve admin systems, SharePoint sites, and intranet pages
- Project support - Provide coordination and administrative support to ad hoc projects and team initiatives
- Stakeholder liaison - Communicate with internal teams and external partners professionally and confidently
- Travel & events - Organise conferences, training, meetings, and related logistics
- Financial administration - Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records
What You'll Bring
- Solid experience in administration or coordination roles, supporting managers or teams
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing demands
- Confidence using digital tools including diary systems, electronic filing, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
- Clear, professional communication skills - written and verbal
- A practical, solutionsfocused approach to improving systems and processes
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
- A genuine commitment to child safety, equity, inclusion, cultural safety, and safe work practices
