About the Role:

Your role reports directly to the Diagnostics Product Support Team Leader.

The Diagnostics Product Support team are the central hub of the Diagnostics GeneMark DNA and Animal Health laboratories. With our combined knowledge and exceptional communication skills, we create strong working relationships & provide outstanding support to both internal and external customers.

Your Key Focus:

You will be responsible for handling customer queries specific to the Diagnostics products.

Managing the day-to-day administrative requirements of the team and your manager, providing cover for reception, taking calls, creating/updating bookings, ordering of equipment, reporting, account inquiries, proactive communications to ensure clients are aware of requirements to ensure they gain optimal results.

The work varies from day to day, so we are looking for a candidate who loves variety in their work, and who will keep a strong customer focus in everything they do.

Your Skills & Experience:

To thrive in this role, you'll have experience in customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You'll also demonstrate:

Be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport others easily.

Proactive, self-motivated and able to work autonomously at times.

Able to identify customer initial and additional needs and take appropriate action to satisfy customer requests.

Be able to think outside the square with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Confident on the telephone.

Great computer skills is an advantage.

Ideally but not essential, either Dairy farm experience and or LIC experience
