We are in the animal health business, partnering with our clients in the areas of Research and Development (R&D) and manufacturing to produce pharmaceuticals for both farm and companion animals. About the role:

We are currently seeking a capable and reliable operator to support daily manufacturing operations. The role requires a quick learner who can work efficiently, maintain quality standards, and contribute to overall operational performance. Experience in a pharmaceutical, Chemical or food manufacturing environment is preferred.


Key responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including set-up, running, cleaning, and basic calibration checks.
  • Follow manufacturing instructions accurately, ensuring all activities meet required quality and compliance standards.
  • Perform routine in-process quality checks, record results, and report any deviations or issues promptly.
  • Ensure all equipment is clean, calibrated, and fit for use, reporting faults or non-compliance to the team leader.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and support continuous improvement of processes and operations.
  • Support general production and operational activities to maintain efficient workflow and meet production targets.


Desired Experience:

  • Proven experience in production or manufacturing within a GMP environment, with a strong emphasis on quality and adherence to SOPs.
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety practices and a demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical, animal health, food, or a related industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively within teams.
  • A natural mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.

Physical fitness is beneficial for this role, including the ability to safely handle items weighing up to 25kg as part of daily operations.
