We are currently seeking an experienced Sunrise Demi Chef to join our kitchen brigade. This role is critical in supporting our in room dining and breakfast team. We are looking for a passionate chef who is happy to work autonomously.
About the Role
As the Overnight Demi Chef you will be responsible for the nightly preparation, presentation and display of all menu items for in room dining and breakfast buffet, for the maintenance of equipment and your work area. You will be comfortable taking sole responsibility for the production and presentation of all dishes for your area and ensure that they are to the five star Cordis standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining your area of work to the highest hygiene standards and to observe a proper system of food preparation and storage.
