About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Guidewire Delivery Lead to join our teams across Australia and New Zealand.

This role leads endtoend delivery of Guidewire programmes and engagements, operating primarily as a Project Manager with the flexibility to step into a Scrum Master role where required. You will bring strong delivery leadership across Agile and hybrid environments, with Guidewire delivery experience and relevant certifications expected.


What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Leading and facilitating delivery teams across Agile and hybrid engagements, bringing proven project delivery experience in complex, fastpaced environments.
  • Providing endtoend leadership for Guidewire implementations and enhancements (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter), ensuring delivery outcomes are met on time and to quality expectations.
  • Acting as a servant leader, fostering a supportive environment and building highperforming teams across diverse roles and personalities.
  • Providing daytoday leadership for crossfunctional delivery teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, architects, and onshore/offshore resources.
  • Owning delivery planning, forecasting, and execution across sprints, releases, and milestones within Agile or SAFe frameworks.
  • Acting as the primary point of accountability for delivery, proactively managing scope, dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, sponsors, and product owners to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery outcomes.
  • Managing vendor, partner, and offshore delivery contributions to ensure seamless integration and performance.
  • Ensuring delivery aligns with agreed solution architecture, Guidewire best practices, and cloud standards.
  • Facilitating and governing Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives) and embedding effective ways of working across teams.
  • Tracking and reporting on delivery status, financials, and risks, providing clear and transparent communication to senior stakeholders.
  • Championing continuous improvement, delivery excellence, and team wellbeing, embedding strong standards across quality, governance, and collaboration.


Your Experience & Background:

You will bring:

  • Senior delivery or project leadership experience within complex business and technology transformation environments
  • Strong experience delivering programmes using Agile, SAFe, and hybrid methodologies
  • Proven experience leading Guidewire delivery engagements (certifications required)
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and risk management capability
  • Confidence operating across both clientfacing and deliveryfocused leadership contexts
