What you'll be doing

As a Graduate Accountant, you'll be part of a supportive team that helps clients understand their numbers, meet their obligations and make confident business decisions. You'll develop your technical skills while learning how to build strong client relationships and communicate clearly.

A normal day could look like:

  • Preparing financial statements, tax returns, GST returns and other compliance work

  • Using accounting software and digital tools to support efficient client service

  • Working alongside senior team members on a variety of client jobs

  • Building your understanding of different businesses, industries and financial challenges

  • Developing the confidence to take ownership of work as your skills grow

About you

You might be finishing your degree, recently graduated, or ready to take the first step into a professional accounting role. More than anything, you'll bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and have:

  • A completed or in your final year of a relevant accounting, commerce or business degree

  • An interest in completing the CA ANZ or CPA pathway

  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to get the basics right

  • Good communication skills and confidence working with others

  • A proactive approach, curiosity and the ability to ask thoughtful questions

  • A team mindset and a desire to contribute to a positive workplace culture

  • A genuine interest in helping people and businesses succeed
