ABOUT THE ROLE - MO TENEI TURANGA
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues. Your role is vital in ensuring our members have a positive experience with us. We take pride in being problem solvers who aim to impress our members with our support and assistance. Plus, we get a thrill out of it!

Now, there are just a few things you need to be aware of, these are permanent or fixed-term contract, full-time roles, we work shifts, the current available shifts will require evening work (Mon-Fri) and you must have full working rights.

Priority will be given to applicants who have experience working in a corporate call centre environment.

SALARY - UTU

$66,531 per annum (Incl. Kiwi Saver).

Hours of work:
Various shifts between 9am and 9pm Monday-Friday.
