About the Role
Reporting to the CFO, this is a key leadership role responsible for managing a team of five and delivering high-quality financial reporting, compliance, and commercial support across the business.
You will support decision-making, improve systems and processes, and ensure strong financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly management reporting, including analysis and insights

Partner with department leaders to support commercial decision-making

Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Prepare annual financial statements and manage audit

Oversee tax compliance (GST, FBT, income tax)

Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance

Drive systems improvements and process efficiencies

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

About You

CA/CPA qualified with 7+ years' experience

Strong leadership and people management capability

Commercially minded with ability to influence decision-making

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Wine, agribusiness, or FMCG experience (advantageous)

ERP systems experience preferred
